BSOD/video crash

My computer runs anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hrs. Sometimes it will bluescreen, more often the display will mess up, and nothing refreshes. Sometimes when it messes up windows will display that my video driver has stopped working. I play Final Fantasy XIV and Fallout: New Vegas, brand new games, and it runs them fluidly.

I'm not a tech and don't know how to properly troubleshoot this, i would really appreciate some help. Thanks guys!

1.
- Boot into safemode with networking
- Uninstall the Radeon drivers
- Use driver sweeper to remove leftover ATI Radeon driver files
- Install latest drivers Latest Radeon Drivers
- Reboot into normal mode

2. If the above does not work test your RAM, do at least 7 passes

Replace your RAM if errors are reported in the test

3. If no errors are reported replace your HD5850
