BSOD watching youtube or playing league of legends, error 0x000000D1

I receantly having problems with my computer getting the same error and i taught it will stop but it is still there,i usually get blue screen of death when i watch youtube video or playing league of legends sometimes skype crashes, if someone can help pls reply to this is really important,this is my system specs if it is important i did it
