BSOD WerFault.exe

OC'd i72600k highest real temp running prime 95 is 68. Voltage never goes over 1.356 everything else is left alone. Have run three different GPU stress tests and GPU memory test temps never above 59. Memtest85 all night long no errors bluescreen happens during prime 95 stress test about 4hours into it. Have a Raven 3 Case with plenty of airflow ambient temps are also around 65 where I am living. All around temperatures seem great and voltages are all stable. Hope someone can help me understand what is causing this BSOD
