I recently wiped my hard drive with dban using the autonuke option. It ran fine and finished sucesfully. I then installed windows 7 home premium x64 on that same hard drive. That also ran fine. I then updated through windows update, and some updates did install, inluding service pack 1. The bsod happens when running automatic updates in windows. It downloads all the updates fine, but when it gets to installing the last few, or at least from what I can tell since the progress bar is almost full, the bsod happens. It says bad pool header 0x019 etc. Malware bytes free trial premium was running while installing the updates.
