It has been going on for the last two weeks.
The computer will appear a BSOD when I am playing video either it is online or offline.
Before this happen, the video file I am playing will have crappy sound.

I have tried to reformat my computer but the issues are still there.

While screening through other thread, I have included the other steps or tests recommended by other:
1) Done the Duplex Secure Check - The uninstall button is gray.
2) Done the system file clear up to help clear up any file system corruption

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.

pacer.sys is Windows QoS Packet Scheduler driver

As you said if the symptoms prior to the BSOD is crappy sound, maybe we can start there:
Code:
start end module name
95824000 95965000 CHDRT32 (deferred)

as it is quite old too
Conexant - Support

also, while you're at it, it's best to uninstall DAEMON Tools as it's causing BSOD often
Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite Public:Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite Public

and then...
Start Menu\Programs\ѸÀ×Èí¼þ Public:Start Menu\Programs\ѸÀ×Èí¼þ Public
Start Menu\Programs\ѸÀ×Èí¼þ\ѸÀ×VIP×ðÏí°æ Public:Start Menu\Programs\ѸÀ×Èí¼þ\ѸÀ×VIP×ðÏí°æ Public

Start Menu\Programs\迅雷软件\迅雷7 Public:Start Menu\Programs\迅雷软件\迅雷7 Public
Start Menu\Programs\阿里旺旺 Public:Start Menu\Programs\阿里旺旺 Public

I wonder what these are

cheers

Hi,

But the problems exist before I have installed the Daemon tools but I will uninstall and see whether it is working.
And the rest of the files are just download manager in Chinese version which do not give me any problems prior this.
(Have been using this for years and I only face this problem now)

These symptoms just suddenly appeared. And the BSOD keeps happening when I am watching video files especially through online. But the crappy sound will keep happening whenever I start loading any media files.

And I have uninstalled all the programs being refer above, however the problems still persist. And the sound is becoming more crappy like keep lagging or looks like speaking in a robot voice.
Another symptom I found out is my computer is processing slower than the usual. And the internet browser respond much slower than the usual.

OK to start lets have you preform a clean boot there is a lot of stuff starting to run when you boot that doesn't need to be running and may be contributing to your problem:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...ation-conflicts-performing-clean-startup.html

Next run the system file checker to hopefully clear up any file system corruption that may have occured:

SFC.EXE /SCANNOW
Go to Start and type in "cmd.exe" (without the quotes)
At the top of the search box, right click on the cmd.exe and select "Run as adminstrator"
In the black window that opens, type "SFC.EXE /SCANNOW" (without the quotes) and press Enter.

If it says anything other than "no violations found" run the same command two more times, if after the last run it still says anything other than "no violations found" please run the SFC at boot:

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/139810-sfc-scannow-run-command-prompt-boot.html

after that is done please run a check disk again run this command from an elevated command prompt:

Code:
chkdsk /f /r

Done the two tests suggested by Dsprague. Everything looks back to normal again but the sound is still crappy occasionally(not as frequent as previously). Hopefully, it can last till my new laptop arrives.
Just upload the Video Memory Stress and the new test result.
