Hi, I've been having fairly regular BSODs with the above error code for a few months now, yesterday I did a massive Windows Update, I think I've updated all my drivers, but still keep getting it now and again. It seems to be triggered by playing videos or sound files, although it's not every time. Grateful for any help!

Hi, me again...everything was fine yesterday, but now I have had about 4 BSOD's in the past hour or so, started happening after my laptop came out of hibernation/standby after being left on but with the screen down (if that's relevant)

All with error titles I haven't seen before: 'IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL' 0x0000000A, 'REGISTRY ERROR' 0X00000051, 'BAD_POOL_ERROR'?!?

I had to go into Safe Mode to use the DM Log Collectors as it kept BSODing during the process...

Help or advice appreciated please!!!

Sorry to bug...keep having repeated BSOD's now, I'm concerned I have a hardware problem, as I've changed my antivirus and updated all programs and drivers I can think of and it's still occasionally doing it.

My graphics card will sometimes short out, and Firefox keeps crashing on me too...can anyone take anything from my last dump file that might point me in the right direction??

Thanks!

Hi, I ran SFC /scannow and it ran without problems, I did a full disk check (for hours!) and it ran without problems, but interestingly when I tried a clean boot, the only service that still left me getting blue screens was 'Intel Management and Security Application Local Management Service'...whatever that does??

I haven't done the Memtest or Hard Drive test yet, but thought this was worth telling you about straight away in case it's relevant?

Hi, I know it's been a while, but I thought I'd post an update... The memtest was really helpful, and pointed towards a problem with my RAM stick, I bought a couple of new ones in a pair (figured I'd upgrade while I was at it), and had absolutely no problems since, zero BSODs! Thanks everyone for your help and direction!
