New BSOD BAD POOL CALLER

Arc,

Thanks for your response. Since I made my first post, my computer has completely crashed. I can not longer get past the Windows logo, nor can I start in Safe Mode.

Attached is the latest BSOD.

I tried to repair with my Win 7 disk, but it didn't work.

Help!!!

SF File attached

I managed to get Safe Mode working by running Windows Defender Offline.

Attached is my SF file. I could only process this in Safe Mode, don't know if that matters or not.

Thanks for your help!

Nothing other than my first reply to you, in #2.

What happens if you get rid of Avid Pro Tools?
