Hi I have noticed that anytime I am watching videos on my laptop, especially HULU, Netflix or Youtube I keep getting the BSOD. I am not at all very computer literate, and I am stumped. I have attached the zipped folder thingy, please let me know if there is anything else needed to help. Thanks in advance!

*also not sure if this will help

You haven't included the msinfo file.
Please go to Start
  1. Then type msinfo32
  2. Open the file
  3. Then click on file at the top left
  4. save it to your desktop
  5. compress it in a zip folder
  6. upload that folder

This just helps me guide you witch exact drivers to update.

Your Atheros network driver needs updating, you should update it from ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????) but I'll guide you to the correct driver version with the msinfo file if you are unsure which to download.

Code:
BugCheck 7F, {[COLOR="red"]8[/COLOR], 80050033, 406f8, fffff80002e7dcf7}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\athrx.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for athrx.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for athrx.sys
Probably caused by : [COLOR="Red"]athrx.sys[/COLOR] ( athrx+15866d )

I also suggest updating your GPU driver as it's outdated and causing issues.

Update it by following these instructions.

How-To Install AMD Catalyst? Drivers For A Windows® Based System

Code:
[COLOR="red"]BugCheck 116[/COLOR], {fffffa8008df4010, fffff88003cd0adc, 0, 2}

This indicates an attempt to reset the graphics card and display driver failed, specifically the driver did not respond in the allocated time interval.
It is mostly caused by a failing graphics card or a bad display driver.
I think we'll leave the failing GPU option out for now unless more issues arise.

First, thank you so much for your help.
I updated the GPU/AMD thing.
And I have attached the msinfo zipped folder....let me know if I did it correctly or if you need anything else... because I did have a few problems trying to get it to save as a zipped folder.
THANKS AGAIN!

When I tried to update the Atheros network driver, something went horribly wrong. I ended up getting a completely black screen with only the arrow showing, no display. So I had to do a recovery. Now I'm just confused.

That shouldn't happen...
Are you still getting BSODs?
Upload the new dump files.

Is the dump files, the msinfo zipped folder? or something else?

No, the msinfo zipped folder contains your system information.
The dump files are located in 2 places (depending on your configuration which should be Small Memory Dump).
For Small Memory Dumps check:
C:/Windows/minidump
For Kernel Memory Dumps check:
C:/Windows/memory.dmp

If it's a memory.dmp file then you will need to upload it to OneDrive then post the link.

If you have more .dmp files in the minidump folder then just copy the files to the desktop, compress them in a .zip folder then upload them here.

some files are still missing, are you running it as administrator?

Anyway...
go to Start
Type in msinfo32
Once open click file > save then compress it into a .zip folder.
Upload that .zip folder.

The file is corrupt, why have you renamed it?
Please don't edit it at all.
