Debugging Details:
------------------

Have you installed all of the Windows updates?
Installed Windows 7 SP1?
Update all drivers from your motherboard or OEM support site.

Out of date or problem drivers:
Code:
ASPI32.SYS Sat Sep 11 07:46:10 1999 - Adaptec ASPI Driver(most likely associated with an older CD/DVD burning program)
This is a very old driver and is not compatible with Windows7, find the program and uninstall it.

Code:
drmk.sys Sat Jan 19 14:53:02 2008 - Microsoft Kernel DRM Descrambler Filter.
Install Windows updates and Windows 7 SP1.

Code:
GEARAspiWDM.sys Mon May 18 20:16:53 2009 - CD-ROM Class Filter Driver by Gear Software Also comes with iTunes
Uninstall iTunes for testing purposes, it is a known cause of crashes in Windows7.

Code:
HDAudBus.sys Sat Apr 11 12:42:41 2009
Install Windows updates and Windows 7 SP1.

Code:
JGOGO.sys Tue Feb 07 19:52:58 2006 - JMicron Hot-Plug Driver
This is a very old driver and is not compatible with Windows 7, update the driver from your motherboard, OEM support site or directly from JMicron.

Code:
LKbdFlt2.sys Wed May 22 09:01:41 2002 - Logitech HID Filter Driver
Another very old driver, not compatible with Windows 7, update the driver directly from Logitech.

Code:
mssmbios.sys Sat Jan 19 13:32:55 2008 - Windows System Management BIOS Driver
Install Windows updates and Windows 7 SP1.

Code:
 rtlprot.sys Fri Dec 01 13:53:30 2006 - Netgear GA511 Driver file (Realtek chipset)
Update the driver from your motherboard, OEM support site

If the above driver updates/removal doesn't resolve the crash then you need to find the driver that is causing this issue.
Run driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Next time you install Windows 7 be sure to have the computer connected to the internet, it will load all the current drivers during installation.
