BSOD while connecting to internet

BSOD occurs when i plug in the LAN wire to my dell inspiron laptop.using win 7 ultimate x64.Got infected with w32.ramnit.a virus.I have attached the dump file

The crash is being caused by a combination of Comodo and your VirtualBox Network drivers. I would recommend fully uninstalling and re-installing both programs. Uninstall through Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Uninstall a program
