Hello all, I'm a help desk analyst and I run one instance of IE with about 6 tabs open and one instance of Firefox with about 6 tabs open supporting end users. Each day or Every other day it seems like I get this same BSOD while in the middle of working in firefox / internet explorer. See below and please see my attached zipped file which has the gathered information pertaining to the BSOD crash.

Thanks in advance

Thank you for your response.
Yes, I am allowed to remove Webroot antivirus.... Do you think that is causing the problems? Should I use something else such as Trend micro titanium or Kaspersky?

No..please use MSE for the time being.

2. Uninstall your current antivirus software. It can be a cause of BSOD very often. Please remove it with its removal tool and use Microsoft Security Essentials in its place. Malwarebytes is a great combination with it. Go through this thread for more info.

Have you performed the clean boot?
