BSOD while operating PC. Multiple errors listed on post

I have been getting frequent crashes with my computer, I recently bought a new SSD, reformatted with a new copy of Windows, new ram, new video card, and I am still getting the BSOD. Can anyone help? These are the codes I have been shown on WhoCrashed

Download the driver then use AMD Uninstall Utility to remove all traces of your current driver, CCC etc. Reboot and install the latest driver.

   Note
When installing choose 'Advanced' or 'Custom' (whichever option is available, just not Express) and uncheck everything except the video driver.
