BSOD while playing games after ca 15min time ingame

Hi,
i frequently had freezes and blackscreens in the first 5 min of a league of legends game. My monitor
would turn black my sound would continue then loop, and after 5 sec i would have my normal screen again.
As of late i have the same problem later on in the game, but now instead of getting back to the normal screen, my pc crshes and i get a bluescreen. Ive already run the device on this site for bluescreens and i attached the data i got from it.
Hope i get help in this forum.

You're getting a mixture of STOP codes, mostly 0x116 and 0x119, and they're all pointing to your ATI driver. Look for the latest driver for your card here then use AMD Uninstall Utility to remove all traces of your current driver, CCC etc. Reboot and install the downloaded driver.

   Note

When installing choose 'Advanced' or 'Custom' (whichever option is available, just not Express) and uncheck everything except the video driver.
