Solved BSOD while playing Games! Please help

Ive been having my BSOD for the past months from playing video games. About mid way through gameplay my PC freezes and the screen goes black. The audio will skip and sound very distorded. I have screenshots from the BSOD info, hopefully I can figure out whats going wrong....thank you
