Welcome to the forums Mfunn, I had a look through your files and a few thigs strike me right off the bat, First and fore most please uninstall daemon tools then download and run this tool:

DuplexSecure - Downloads

When the tool runs if the uninstall box is grayed out you are done and you can close out of the window, if not click uninstall and let the tool do its work. Do not click the install button as this will install a driver known to cause BSODs on to your computer.

Next please check and see if you can find any updates for your Graphics card driver you can check the manufacturere website for them: http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx

Last please see if you can find updates for your Marvell Yukon 88E8056 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller
which can be found here: Marvell - Support

Thanks for the reply Dsprague, uninstalled daemon tools (is it what could cause a BSOD ?) which i totally dont use for piracy purposes ;D
runned duplexsecure and the uninstall box was already grayed out, then i uptated my drivers for both things you said but the one for my graphic card was up to date. (i've redone it to be sure)

will try to play some more skyrim and see if the problem persists, it can take some time to re-crash since yesterday morning it crashed and the whole rest of the day it just worked fine...

it cant be for overheating since i recently cleared the dust in my PC and checked the heat via Speccy... all is ok in that regard.

Daemon tools iS a very broken program It uses a number of drivers that causes Various kinds of BSODs generally it is a program I advise people to avoid, and I understand that there are legitimate reasons for a person to be using a program to mount ISO files, I use magic disc myself for creating Vm' when i test out new flavors of linux.

Please run the following commands form an elevated command prompt:

Code:
sfc /scannow
and

Code:
chkdsk /r /f
the second command will ask you to restart please do when the computer starts there will be a black screen, allow this command to run as it is checking from corrupted portions of your hard drive and bad sectors on your hard drive, this may take some time to complete be patient.

Edit: thought of this after the fact but please after you run these commands enable driver verifier and allow it to crash your computer:

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

once it has caused a crash post the new dump files her. Tip: if you cant get your computer to boot after enabling driver verifier please boot into safe mode and then disable driver verifier.

ok my pc crashed again tonight, i thought i had fixed the problem by uninstalling lastest windows security updates and lastest NET framework updates because i had installed them the 17th morning and crashes started just after that... it worked for quite some time without crashes until tonight.
net framework is a pain in the ass to uninstall, you have to do it one by one and takes 5min+ per update
(i had around 10 to do)

ok so there's the crash file, and i had runned both sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r /f before the crash, and when the crash happened i had the driver verifier (verifier.exe) on with all the settings adjusted as said in tutorial.

wat do nao ?

edit: i have to mention that, every time my pc BSOD / crash is only when skyrim runs, and a huge graphic bug happens, starts with black/brown dots all over the screen then after few seconds it goes color lines everywhere parting from npcs/books and crash after other few secs.
tryed to took screenshots but it will make it crash even faster and if i save game when it happens the save file is corrupted and can only be deleted.
