It's definitely has to do with AMD's incredibly sub par drivers as the listed driver on the BSOD was atidiag.sys or somesuch close to that. Unoverclocked Radeon 295X2.
Probably nothing user-fixable but I'd still like to know what causes it. Only happens rarely in Skyrim. It's ~60f in the room. Card never reaches anything higher than 50c while playing.
