Solved BSOD while starting the computer , 0x0000000A csrss.exe ntkrnlmp.exe

Hi All,

I have been getting this BSOD since yesterday. This happens when I start my computer.

I did run SFC and it reports, "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations".

Any clues. Thanks for looking in.

Norton tends to cause BSOD-s and several other issues. I would recommend uninstalling it with the Norton Removal Tool and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials To Test.

Yes. Thanks for the help.

I did use NORTON Removal tool and uninstalled NORTON.

No issues for the past 2 weeks since then.
