BSOD while surfing web, play game and watching movie

Only these 3 weeks, I keep getting this BSOD.
Have done virus scan and memory check but found nothing.
Pls help....

The error is video related. Do the following:

1. Check that the card is free of dirt & dust, and that it is getting adequate cooling.

2. Reinstall the video driver, using this guide exactly:

Hi, it turns out the graphic card is defective.
I have change a new graphic card, update bios.

Now BSOD is gone but pc just freeze randomly and need to force reset.
