Hi, well yesterday i was able to use my laptop with no problems, and now i just begin to use it then i got a BSOD, well i thought maybe a random case, then happened again, the second time happened when i exit Chrome then hit the restart button. Im not sure if is Avast because i found this:
[fixed] Blue Screen (BSOD) - Windows 7 32 bit

IDK if is my RAM because in the task manager the free RAM is 220mb, the avaible 1909mb and the cache 1743mb

Also after the 1th BSOD i cleaned the "Event Viewer of Windows.

Thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome Elvis now if you think it is Avast then try disabling it for a while and see what happens.

If there is no change then we shall have to go digging around in the machine a for a cause because your dump files contain some very common bugchecks and insomuch not very helpful.

Just to be sure what we are dealing with just what is the model of the laptop??

Now you could also run these for us please.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f switch and if this does not make any improvement then just run this switch instead /r in the command line as per Option2
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs – you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary

if no fix then these

SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Premium
AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If you are running Kaspersky as the main AV then it might need disabling it when trying ADW because it does not like it at times)

Ok mate now I have just posted this for another member use it if you think it might benefit your needs.
Well take a pick from this Free Windows Desktop Software Security List | Gizmo's Freeware
and the link from that is this Free Windows Desktop Software Security List - Realtime Protection | Gizmo's Freeware
Lots of real time and free. I do advise folks though not to touch AVG, Baidu, MuckAfee, or Comodo (only because the latter can be an awful nagger. The picks I would suggest are Bitdefender, Avast, Avira, Panda, Sophos, and to others MSE but as you have problems with it - no.

I have tested these on my desktop testing machine and found them all really quite acceptable though I would still say use MBAM and SAS as add on scanners.
