So I thought all of my crashes stemmed from was SEP but now I'm not so sure anymore. I have since installed a newer version of Symantec endpoint protection as advised by Symantec engineers that looked through several of my dmp logs and confirmed that they saw an issue with their drivers. They released a new version of Symantec to resolve the issues. After updating this computer I noticed that yesterday afternoon. I tried looking through the crash logs and was unable to find any one driver or component as the cause. I am posting the log from yesterday to see if anyone can find something I may have overlooked or missed. Thank you very much for the continued support on this forum and this thread to troubleshoot dump logs.

You only have additional checks enabled??
You need to enable all the settings I requested.
Make sure you don't enable Force pending I/O requests.

You're getting a lot of I/O completions, I suspect a bad driver.

I would start by removing Norton completely as a test.

It takes time to get onto a computer to troubleshoot, they are used Monday-Friday during the same business hours I am in the office. I may be able to do some testing tonight but I have run driver verifier before and have not had any crashes during a specific testing period. It's not something I can exactly leave running otherwise the user will be without a computer and to them that's not really an option. I can try enabling it on this computer around 4:30-5:30pm and see if anything occurs during that time. It is completely random from what I can tell but I will post back any new crashes.

Thanks for the reply.
