BSOD win7 64bit - can someone tell me why?

I have had a recurring BSOD problem since I built this machine.
It is very odd as it will occur 1 or 2 times every 3-6 days then it will be fine!
Normally it is Memory Management but it sometimes other things like Bad Pool Header
Seems that every pc I build has a little "quirk" like this and im a bit fed up with it

Anyhow, I have uploaded the last 2 dmp files that I cant read.
Could someone please have a look and tell me what they think could be my problem?
I have all my drivers up to date as far as I know.
My system is:
I7 950
Gigabyte ga58-ud5 Rev 2
6gb of OCZ platinum ram (triple channel)
GTX480
OCZ ssd
SB xfi

1. Do you have any overclocking of your processor or RAM?
2. How old is the system?

I want to lean towards faulting memory modules.

I suggest running Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool. Download it, burn it to a CD, boot from it, and run it overnight AT LEAST. Each pass will take a couple hours. Report back if you have any errors reported.

If that doesn't work, try running the machine with only 1 stick at a time for a few days each and see if you have issues. If they work fine separately, try using two sticks. Also try different slots, if your board allows it.

Also: You say you had this problem since you built the machine. Did it start from day 1?

1. Nope no overclocking
2. About 6 months now
I have had probs from day 1 yes, at the start there was bsod everyday but after removing 6gb of ram and setting the remaining 6gb in bios it was reduced to one every 3-6 days and i just gave up and lived with it.
Did it today though and I lost a lot time on something I was working on so figured I would try and sort it again.

I did run memtest before and had no issues, even tried one stick at a time in every slot as was suggested on the OCZ forums.
I will have another go at it tonight and see what it says.
