Back again. The first words of wisdom from my feedback. Try reinstalling and see if the problem still occurs ---big lol.

So I took there dumb, and not needed advice, and reinstalled. I have not customised anything and so far the problem has gone away. Now I am going to start the boring job of altering a few things, and installing software. I will test between each change and see how it goes.

Well I've tried installing several times, just got the PC back up and running the CPU heatsink fan died two days ago while I was using it  Luckily I just swapped out the fan and it booted right up, I figured I fried something but so far so good!

Hopefully the issue will be resolved by the time RTM is released! If everybody just keeps reporting the problem to MS, we have a better chance....maybe. I can't wait though so far from the experience I've had with 7 up to this point has been positive, I've got no qualms with getting rid of XP forever! It's getting dated and tiresome...

And I did do a BIOS update, to no resolve!

Well.I now have everything installed again. Windows 7 fully customised. No problems. So, hopefully, it just scrwed up one small, but important file, during the initial install.

The error just says, the CPU detected a hardware problem
1. make sure you have the latest BIOS, with the latest intel microcode
2. Try an ATI graphics card
3. Only leave in the graphics card and disconnect, disable all other devices in BIOS, pull out pci/pci-e/usb devices
Once you get to the desktop and everything is working great for awhile, slowly add each device into the mix.

BSoD in Win 7 RC - Not a Problem..!

Hi Friends,

The BSoD issue is actually not a problem in the official Windows 7 RC Ultimate.

The problem was due to the use of a different version - Windows 7 RC Checked/Build. :geek:

For more details read my blog post on the same. :)

Guy using build 7127 please don't fail to read as I have included details on build 7127 too. :)
