BSOD windows 7 ultimate HELP!

Hey after a few hour of being on my computer get the blue screen. I happen about 5 time now and I need so help. I got the error code but don't know what they mean. Help would be appreciated, Thank You.

You can press F8 when windows starts and choose the Last Known Good Configuration option, which will roll back any recent driver installs or registry changes.
