SOLVED, SEE BELOW

See 2nd post, I will try fix today.

Core i7 930
GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R, F4 BIOS, BOARD REV 1.0
GeIL Memory Model # GV36GB1600C9TC (2GB x 3 Triple Channel)
CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V
XFX HD-587X-ZNFC Radeon HD 5870 1GB
Western Digital Caviar Black WD7501AALS 750GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5
(2) Seagate 1.5TB ST31500341AS Drives used for data storage NON RAID, SATA 3.0Gb/s
Liteon DVD Burner Model iHAS124-04 SATA
Some old SB Audigy PCI sound card

Problem: Put computer into sleep mode manually or automatically via power settings. When waking up computer, Windows login screen is there and system is responsive. About 1min later the system blue screens. It appears to be I/O disk related however I have exhausted all tests that I know. One thing to note is that it seems like the hard drives don't power back up from sleep (I can't tell for sure fans are noisy) because the HDD led flashes consistently and equally (off, on, off, on) before the crash happens. Typing in the password to login to windows gives no results as once whatever is trying to happen times out, the BSOD hits.

Tests:
CPU stress: prime95, super pi, passmark burnin
HDD tests: Seagate tools and WD tools from DOS mode (booting from cd, etc)
Mem tests: Memtest86+ v4.00 via bootable CD, ran for 2hrs without error.

I've also ran some H.264 encodes for a few hours (just dvd -> mkv) and no stability issues. Pretty much as long as I leave the system running, nothing happens. I can even game just fine.

Some of the errors I have found suggest cabling issues, however I've replaced all the SATA cables. I do need to test if the sleep BSOD happens without the Seagate storage drives attached. All drives are internally SATA attached to the blue ports on the motherboard which I assume is the ICH10R chipset's job. This driver does get installed by the Intel Chipset drivers which I grabbed from Intel.com today.

Other things: Video drivers up to date, BIOS up to date, yadda yadda.

I won't be back to reading this until tomorrow afternoon USA/EST timezone.
