BSOD with no OS on HDD.

Hey guys, i've got a little problem, and i hope you guys will be able to help me out.
2 days ago, my wife came to me saying that the house All in one desktop showed a Blue Screen, she turned off, and since then i've been having the Windows Repair Loop, tried everything possible, no recovery media helped, i ran Spinrite, and had all the tests ok, i ran Hiren's Boot CD , checked memory, hdd again, and the computer seems to be complete functional with no hardware failures, after fighting with windows recovery, i decided to full wipe my hdd hoping that way to make a clean install of windows 7.
No Luck, i don't have any OS and i still get the BSOD with stop: 0x0000000A.
I'm hoping to get some advises from you guys, and hopefully fix my computer.

Hello and welcome Koweiera mate hwy not just get a new drive and do these

of course you will need to find a friend with another machine to make the ISO

I tried and nothing changed, i've managed to install the windows 7 ultimate using Hirens Boot CD and the mini winXP, but when i try to boot it says disc error, and when i try reinstall from a bootable UBS, it keeps giving me BSOD 0x0000000A.

Check for any possible BIOS update for the motherboard.

Test the HDD using the manufacturer's disc check tool.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Hey Arc, so i've done the windows memory diagnose and the mem86+, the windows one was no problem, but mem86+ as full of red lines, how should i proceed? I was on miniXP and used the CPU-X, and all the memory looked fine for me.

Now follow the "Part 3: If You Have Errors:" of How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+

Errors/red lines means one or more RAM is faulty. But the fault may occur due to a faulty DIMM slot, too, which is a motherboard component. Using memtest86+, you can discriminate between a faulty RAM and a faulty motherboard.

How? Say you have two RAM sticks and two DIMM slots. You obtained errors at the test with all RAM sticks installed. Now, remove all the sticks but one. Test it in all the available slots, one by one. Continue the same procedure for all the available sticks.
How to make the inference that is it a RAM issue or it is a motherboard issue? Suppose you have got the result like that:

test|Slot1|Slot2
RAM1| Error | Error
RAM2|Good|Good

It is a RAM, a bad RAM.

But if you have got a result like that:

test|Slot1|Slot2
RAM1| Error |Good
RAM2| Error |Good

It is a motherboard issue. The particular slot is bad.
