BSOD with random shutdowns

Hi all,

First time poster, run into problems with my new PC. When confirming bluetooth settings on initial PC setup, the programme froze with the message 'Windows shell common Dll is not responding'. After using task manager to shut the app down, I attempted to shut the PC down to see if rebooting would help. It took 20mins for the PC to shutdown, only to restart itself with a blue screen error messege.

That night I noticed the monitor woke itself up with a disconnect USB jingle, I could not see what might have caused it at the time but had a feeling the Bluetooth was involved.

Over the next few days I had random shutdowns, sometimes on wake, with more bluescreen messeges. Info online can be a lot to take in but as Microsoft recommend I tried system restore. The earliest date offered was the first day that I used the PC. This seemed like an ideal place to start and at first it was ok. I followed the same steps setting up my commputer for first use only for the problem to happen again with Bluetooth. On wake I had a BSOD which said 'Windows driver framework has detected a violation'. I pressed F8 to start in safe mode then restarted as normal.

[FONT=&quot] I saw mention online that Intel does not have bluetooth support sevices switched on by default. To double check I went to services > bluetooth support services > properties and could see it was set to manual. I set it to automatic, refreshed and restarted the pc. Following this the pc could now find my mobile.

To start fresh I used system restore again, only this time setting bluetooth to automatic in services during setup.[/FONT][FONT=&quot] It took a few seconds on clicking apply in services, but seemed fine once running. The system itself was ok for a couple of days [/FONT]but tonight on waking it up, the computer shut itslef straghtdown again with the following error.

With my old PC the one time I had a BSOD, system restore did the trick. With my new one, I'm not sure as yet where to go next and have hopefully attached a zip as shown in the forum

Using the Intel auto detect utility, I found audio for bluetooth, bluetooth, WIFI and network adpater were all out of date. All but the audio for bluetooth were available to download. I installed the WIFI driver but bluetooth hung halfway through. A messege popped up in the taskbar to say it had installed, but the installing dialog box stayed onscreen. Eventually I had to use task manager to shut it down. I then treid retsarting the PC to refresh and check that the driver had installed. The PC took 15mins to retstart with a BSOD and the following bluescreen error messge. I now have a USB disonnect jinlge playing every minuite, the PC will not sleep while this is happening.

I checked device manager and clicked on uninstall bluetooth as it had a caution sign. I then installed the downloaded driver with a slow restart, no bluetooth icon on taskbar and pc wouldnt sleep with USB disconnect sound playing.

Error code 43 popped up in device manager with USB disconnect sound preventing sleep intermittently.

Something seems to be related to the bluetooth part of the adapter, I've attached another zip to try and help narrow down.
