BSOD x3b - Possibly Radeon Driver - Need permanent solution

I'm hoping that someone can help me find a more permanent solution for my most recent stop. I've suspected my video card as the source of my problems ever since my new build. I'll attach dxdiag and the minidump. Latest stop is a x3b which seems to be point at atikmdag.sys

The reason I've suspected my video card: Games to not perform optimally and frequently crash without warning
Other issues relating to software (Undetermined causes): Google chrome crashes, firefox crashes, MSE turning itself off for a brief period of time.

I have been through these motions before: Memtest (pass 8+), SMART tests (Pass), Driver Verifier (broke)

Any help with the latest stop would be appreciated. I've tried the beta and stable builds of the drivers and neither seem to "fix" the problem. I can revert back to the stable builds to test again, because my last BSODs were from a bad FAT32 and x50 from a windows update which might have interfered with my testing of the drivers.

You want permanent solution?? It is only possible when you dont do the unwanted things with the computer like installing RC display drivers. No outsider can provide it to you.

You are using CCC 14.7 RC1 which you are not supposed it.

Uninstall your installed version of the display driver.

Then clean up any possible leftover.

Then install a WHQL version only.
