Hi icarus505.

I would suggest you to uninstall Gigabyte bloatware from your computer.
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Gigabyte\App Center
Apparently it is Gigabyte Cloud station (one element of the App Center) that is causing the BSOD.The most secure way get rid of bloatware is to follow http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219576-clean-up-factory-bloatware.html, with a special reference to Point #13
13. Consider a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is often better than getting a new computer considering how pre-installed bloatware can corrupt Windows 7 even if it's completely cleaned up.
Let us know how the computer is running after doing it.

Thanks for the info! I will uninstall the Gigabyte app and see if that does something. If it continues to behave the same (BSOD) then a fresh install of windows 7 will be my next move. I will keep you posted and thanks so much!
Cheers

It looks like uninstalling the Gigabyte app and thus its bloatware solved the problem! Thanks again!!
