BSOD, 0x3B, 0x50, Probably caused by Module: hdcs.sys (hdcs+0x146C)

Hi,

Can anyone help me with this BSOD ?

BSOD in random situations,

I also did:

SFC /scannow (no error)

CHKDSK /f /r (no error)

Memtest86: 8 passed (no error)

Other Graphic Drivers Tested:
the latest graphic driver in SONY website is "AMD version 8.862.4.4000
13 Jul 2012". I also Tried version 8.811.1.0 (Original Driver)

the latest AMD and intel Graphic drivers (2015) from their websites.

* even with standard Graphic drivers BSOD happen.

I also REMOVED KB2670838, but BSOD happend again.

also there is no older Restore Point or image file.

Any SuggestionS !!! ???
