BSODs in a lot of games

I have this problem for some months, a lot of games do BSOD after some time
Some games have a BSOD after some minutes
And for others, its more random(for example, after 30 minutes-2 hours)
According to bluescreen view, most of the BSODs are caused by: atikmpag.sys,dxgkrnl.sys,dxgmms1.sys

Sometimes my screen becomes glitched with some glitched sounds, sometimes it gets lot of rainbow stripes, sometimes the screen just turns off and gives some screen error (something about refresh rate and timing) and if i wait long enough, it shows the blue screen of death

Is Windows 7 . . . - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64 - the original installed OS on the system? No, there is no default OS - an OEM or full retail version? Retail - OEM = came pre-installed on system - Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer - What is the age of system (hardware)? I have this computer since 2009, and a second 2gb ram stick from some months ago - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) I reinstalled the OS some times, it didn't help with the BSOD, i think the current OS age is about 3-4 months

Specs:
OS: Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
CPU: Intel E8400 @ 3.00 GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte EP43-DS3L
Memory: Type: DDR2 Channels #: Dual
Size: 4096 MBytes DC Mode: Symetric
Graphic Card: ATI Radeon HD 4850, with 512 MBytes memory
Sound Card: I'm not sure, i have a Realtek High Definition Audio
Monitor Display: Dell U2211H
Resolution: 1920 x 1080
Hard Drives: WDC WD3200AAKS-00B3A0 ATA Device
seperated to:
(C:) - main partition,(D:),(E:),(F:) , they are NTFS
PSU: I don't know
Case: Phoenix Neo
ECA3162-B-BL
Cooling: Not sure about the names, i have the default fans, but since a big fan(the one at the side of the case) doesn't really work i also have a fan connected to the cpu, i don't have heating problems so i don't think its the problem
Keyboard: Silver line, some normal keyboard
Mouse: a standard logitech mouse with a wire
Internet Speed: 2.5 mb

Also included the specs from everest reports in the zip

"It's not a true crash, in the sense that the bluescreen was initiated only because the combination of video driver and video hardware was being unresponsive, and not because of any synchronous processing exception.

Since Vista, the "Timeout Detection and Recovery" (TDR) components of the OS video subsystem have been capable of doing some truly impressive things to try to recover from issues which would have caused earlier OSs like XP to crash.

As a last resort, the TDR subsystem sends the video driver a "please restart yourself now!" command and waits a few seconds.

If there's no response, the OS concludes that the video driver/hardware combo has truly collapsed in a heap, and it fires off that stop 0x116 BSOD.

If playing with video driver versions hasn't helped, make sure the box is not overheating.

Try removing a side panel and aiming a big mains fan straight at the motherboard and GPU.

Run it like that for a few hours or days - long enough to ascertain whether cooler temperatures make a difference.

If so, it might be as simple as dust buildup and subsequently inadequate cooling.

I would download cpu-z and gpu-z (both free) and keep an eye on the video temps Let us know if you need help STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting - Windows 7 Forums

My average GPU temperature is 76*C, it once got to 107*C when playing some game
GPU-Z says that my fan speed is at 63% , is there any way to increase that?

And for my CPU
Core 0 is 54C
Core 1 is 53C
and sometimes they go to 68C

are those temperatures ok? or do i need more fans?
