BSODs point to bad RAM, RAM tests good...

I recently built a new rig and all was well until 2 days ago, I was playing a game and randomly got a bsod. Since the game warns me it has compatibility issues I thought nothing of it. Then another game gave me a different BSOD. Now I can't even finish a virus scan without it BSODing on me... (even in safe mode) I did my research and all of em pointed to bad RAM except 1 (bad page in non-paged area I believe it was) so I ran both windows diagnostics RAM tests and MemTEST 86+ over quite a few passes (8 for windows, 2 for memtest) and they all came up clean... I am at a loss and need help! I just tried to run the SF info thing for the dump info twice, the first time it bsoded while refreshing the system info the 2nd time I think it finished but it never said press any key to continue... I'm uploading what is in the file...
Please help! If it is infact a hardware issue I do not have too long before I can't send parts back to the site I ordered from... (newegg)

EDIT: It seems the zip file is 79Mb! It's not gonna let me upload... But amazingly the computer let me up it to mediafire without bsoding so I will post the link
Seven Forums.zip
I've fully updated my system specs so every possible detail about this build is in there...

FYI - most BSOD errors point to memory (not to RAM) - because it's the improper accessing of memory that causes most of the BSOD problems with drivers.

Memory comprises -
- RAM
- pagefile
- other memory (video, CPU, mobo most commonly)
- virtual memory (which resides in RAM or pagefile)

5 memory dumps were uploaded, 1 was corrupted and unusable
All were dated 06 Mar 10

The Windows Debugging Tools aren't able to access symbols for your operating system files (in particular NTOSKRNL.EXE / NTKRNLMP.EXE / NTKRNLPA.EXE / NTKRPAMP.EXE) from the Microsoft Symbol Server - so that makes debugging them difficult if not impossible.

Please do the following:
- activate/validate the Windows installation at Genuine Microsoft Software
- run sfc.exe /scannow to replace any problem files
- If that doesn't fix it, then wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows
- don't use "leaked"/torrent builds

Summary of the BSOD's:
Code:

Ok, I've deleted the page file in previous attempts to fix it, just to put it out there, this is a legitimiate copy, I purchased it through MS Expertzone. Right before I posted I tried moving my RAM to new slots and the only BSODs I've seen since are IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL but now my wireless adpater refuses to work on that computer so I am typing this from an old laptop I have hooked up to the TV
And also I am activated and valid.
I'll try the sfc.exe thing now.. I'll post back here shortly with results and hopefully I can get this network adapter working on it again...

Some odd stuff happened... I backed all the important stuff up (took about 4 hours or so) and it didn't BSOD... So I was debating on whether or not I needed to format (even the my USB wi-fi adapter remained unusable) but then I realized the event viewer service refused to start anymore...
So, I have formatted and re-installed, I'm restoring my documents, music, etc. awhile and slowly reinstalling drivers...
by the way sfc.exe /scannow came up clean...
