BSoDs randomly on various of games

My computer gets a BSoD at random places. Sometimes it gets a BSoD after a game crash, sometimes it gets it on a launch of a game and sometimes it gets a BSoD mid-game.

When I interact with a game, and the computer gets a BSoD, it crashes blaming atikmpag.sys.
When I interact with a non-game, and the computer gets a BSoD, it crashes blaming usbhub.sys.

Here is the process for few latest BSoDs
> Game crashes
> I can use browser, skype and other softwares with no problem
> BSoD when I launch a game/close the computer

This doesn't happen every day, but still quite frequently.
I have tried to reinstall my video card drivers 3 times (yes, by deleting the old ones and replacing with new ones), with no results at all.

Hello, TheJmJ I will try to assist you with these problems. First I need you to do something for me.
Please fill out your System Specs

   Information
Your System Specs will help us to help you, and doing it in this manner will make them available to all helpers in every post and keep us from hunting for them. We ask that you fill them out in as much detail as possible including Desktop or Laptop, Model number if it is an OEM computer and all components with the Manufacturer and Model number if possible.

If you will go to your last post and click the 'System Specs' in the bottom left of the post, you will find a link to update your system specs. Please fill those out in as much detail as possible, making sure to click save at the bottom of the page. If you would like to know what we would like, you can click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post to see mine. If you do not know what your components are, this will help you accomplish this task. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html

That will help a lot, and placing them in your system specs will keep us from having to hunt them down each time we need to know something. Please include the madel and manufacturer of your PSU and your CPU cooler as well as what case you have.
The dump files are reporting much of what you say in your post. Please make sure your Windows Updates have all been successfully installed. I may also suggest you visit your Motherboard web site and download the latest Chipset driver and any USB drivers for your particular board.

For your graphics card, try this by downloading a different version of you AMD driver than the one you are using now and see if that helps. This will hopefully help you get a clean install and not download any drivers you do not need which could also conflict with other drivers and let us know if you notice any improvement.
I am going to give you some links that will help you get a good clean install and not have any drivers you don't need that will conflict with other drivers. Download a WHQL driver from http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-cards/329659-latest-amd-catalyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html . Once you have them downloaded, uninstall you current driver from control panel. next clean up any left over drivers from following this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/83814-drivers-clean-left-over-files-after-uninstalling.html and select only ATI Display Drivers. After you have done that and rebooted, install the new driver, only select custom install and install only what you have to. Very few people need most of what they include. You do not need the audio/HDMI drivers as you already have that in your Motherboard drivers. Unless there is some reason you need them, the only thing you really need is the Display Driver.

Also, what USB devices do you have connected to your computer other than keyboard and mouse? If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Setted up my system specs, and I will try to install those video drivers once I get another BSoD. I did something and I wanna see if that managed to fix something. Most likely not, but who knows ;) Also I should have the recent chipset and USB-drives. I will reinstall them just in case too.

I have several USB stuff on my back of my computer.
Including Mouse, Keyboard and my WiFi-adapter.

Mouse: Steelseries Sensei
Keyboard: A4tech X7
WiFi-adapter: Netgear N600 WiFi Dual Band USB Adapter

Ok... After 3 days of no BSoD's, I BSoD'd again, and in the same pattern also.
> Game crash (Crashed game: Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)
> Booted up a game (a non-steam game this time)
> Change the bitmap/map (game called as "osu!")
> game freezes and BSoD appears, blaming atikmpag.sys again.

Also, I forgot to mention, that every time after a BSoD, some of my USB devices get frozen (mouse and WiFi-adapter), and I have to re-plug them to make them function again.

Going to try your tips and tricks, and hopefully I will fix this problem. If you need the newest dump files, I can throw them here if needed.

Fresh graphic's driver installed with the method you told me.
I only installed the display driver, with no CCC either, so hopefully this works.

Also, one weird thing what I noticed a month ago. My CPU fan turns off after I get to the desktop when I boot the computer. I have my suspects on the AI SUITE II, which came with the motherboard.

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/103790547/Pictures/Computerfan.mp4
Sorry about the quality. I recorded it with my old smartphone.

Anyways, the video shows that it happens after I login and get to the desktop. At 0:24, the problem will begin. And at 0:40, I made a slow-motion part, where you can see the fan turn off and on again. Also, at the same time you can see a command board popup on the screen for a second.

Could this be related to the BSoD somehow?

Ok. I got another BSoD almost right away, and I have a suspect here.

Even tho the BSoD is claiming the fault to be my GPU driver, I have my suspects on my Motherboard's own software, Asus AI Suite II. Because the issue that I said on my previous reply only occurs when I boot up my computer, and my fans spin much faster and louder at the BIOS screen than while stressing it.

Also, after the crash, HWmonitor recorded my CPU to be at 65ºc temperature, which is dangerously high in my opinion, because my old computer's CPU didn't go above 62ºc.

UPDATE: Ok, reinstalled AI Suite II, and got the FAN Xpert working. I managed to change the cpu fan's functionality this time. Previously I couldn't even access the program, because it was blaming that the program didn't even exist.

Even if this doesn't fix the BSoD problem, it surely will fix the cpu temp problem. I'll keep you updated if I still get a BSoD

Set the CPU fan pretty high, Make it is fast as you can stand the noise. Keep the CPU temps a low as possible to eliminate it as the cause of the BSODs.

Well, it depends on how loud your fans are and how sensitive to sound you are. I believe your CPU TJmax is about where you have it at 100%, or close. It's a lot easier to keep temps from getting that high than it is to cool it off after it has gotten that high. At any rate, I'm sure that is better than the stock setting. Just watch your CPU temps, and if that setting does not keep it down considerably, raise your fan curve until it does. If it takes raising it too much, I would consider, changing thermal paste and even brand of fan you are using. There are some fans that are very good and pretty quiet. But, are pretty expensive for a fan. So, just play it by ear and get a good monitoring program that works well for you. I just would like to keep the temps down for a while to rule out high CPU temps as the cause of your BSODs. Also, you should never use more than 1 CPU temp monitoring program at a time. More than 1 program reading the same sensor, can give inaccurate results.

After a week of testing, I've gotten 2 BSoDs regarding same driver, and one complete shutdown (?).

I got the BSoDs in the same pattern as earlier, but the complete shutdown was... something different.
I was casually playing Trackmania 2, when suddendly, my whole computer just closed itself. With no BSoD, error message etc. It was just like someone had turned the power off from my PSU.

So I have a feeling that something is wrong with my PSU...

That sounds like it. But, it would be unusual for Seasonic. They are a top of the line PSU manufacturer. I especially like the X series and the newer Platinum series. My next one will probably be a Seasonic, and I'm pretty picky about hardware. But, those symptoms sound like the PSU. If you have someone you could convince to loan you a good working PSU and try that, it would be the real test. I always suggest that, and I do that myself before buying or RMAing something. A dump file won't tell us if it was a PSU, but if you'll upload the http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html I'll look and see if there s anything there.

How are your temps? Temps will do that too sometimes.

Temps are OK.
My CPU has not been alerting about over 65ºc temperatures, and my GPU is at 62-70ºc also.

OK, that should be good. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't temps causing it.

Okey, added my files on the previous message afterwards.
Also, could it possibly be my Motherboard? :/ Because it seems to be a hardware problem on something mainly important

Yes, and I'll be happy to take you through the process of checking those things we can test, Some, we can't, like the motherboard or PSU really. Just understand that testing hardware can be very time consuming. Also, if you have anything overclocked, please set it back to default levels.

I noticed that my CPU is overclocked for some reason to 4.3 GHz instead of being at 4.0 GHz. Also my GPU is stock oc'd, so it shouldn't be a problem? And I'm not sure how to reset the OC on my CPU.

Look at your ram timings, (unless you already know what they are) Look at your sata controller to see what mode it is set to (IDE AHCI or Raid) set optimized defaults, then set your ram if it has changed, set the sata controller to what it is now, set the boot order, save and exit,
