This is the file I downloaded "Audio_Realtek_v6.0.1.5969_W7-Vista-32-64.exe" from Fujitsu's website. If you extract the file you will find "RAVCpl64.exe" under Vista and Vista64 folders. If these are not the drivers you installed you could try installing these.You can search your Windows drive for "RAVCpl64.exe" and try to run it. This file has the File Description "Realtek HD Audio Manager" and is included in your Audio drivers, whether it's installed for your particular hardware or not I don't know.
