To answer the thread title. Determine what you want the machine to do, research who has it and see if you can find it in a store to see one in person. Search online for the best price.

If you want maybe specific support for your PC if you would like, then you should probably get it from the PC manufactorer. For example, if you are getting a Dell PC then you should probably buy it at Dell.com.

I suggested that in my earlier post. That's how I bought 4 DELLs in the past. :)
