Buzzing after videos and sounds end

Whenever I pause a video or any sound file, it causes my speakers to put out a loud buzzing noise. This only started happening about a day ago. On the day in question I did install windows 7 updates.

Check to be sure that your drivers are up to date, in the device manager.
Go to search and type device manager.

If all looks good and no yellow warning markers, either,

Set up dates to manual
Then uninstall the problem update. Report back with results
