call soundrecorder.exe from VB6 in Win 7

I am trying to develop a small software with VB6 to call the soundrecorder.exe on Win 7
I am using shell command

x=shell ("soundRecorder.exe",4)

or

x=shell ("c:\windows\system32\SoundRecorder.exe",4)

In both case I receive a message

Run-time Error '53':
File not found

Any suggestions please.
Any code to use?

Usually that will come up when your file path is invalid. Are you sure that's correct?
