can i play gta iv on my laptop??

my laptop has following features..

intel core i3 3227u 1.9Ghz
intel hd 4000 graphics
4gb ddr3 ram
500gb hard disk

can i play gta iv on my lap..plz help me

It should.

You may not get the full graphics capability, you may have to turn some
features off/down but it should run.

Haven't tried it on my Intel 4500MHD-equipped machine, so cannot say for sure.

it might be lagging, because GTA iV need more dedicated memory like ATI or NVidia Graphic Card. If you want to try, don't forget to update the game about version 1.0.7.0.. GOOD LUCK

Mine was core i5, but it runs poorly even only used Intel Graphic HD 779 MB

GTA 4 is a total killer to use on the PC, it requires some heavy duty hardware. I remember playing it on my old GTX 560ti with 1gb Vram, I could not turn the draw distance up much at all or it would run out of Vram.
It's heavy on CPU too iirc.

I don't think I would recommend it for a laptop unless it was a high end gaming laptop.

As everyone has already stated it should be able to run, but it won't be pretty. It might not even be worth playing it on your system because the experience will not be fun.

Here's a comparison... Race Walking will get you faster from point A to point B than driving that GTA IV car if you play it on your laptop.
