Can I re-install windows 7 OEM on the same computer?

I want to restore my computer and I want to make sure that I can reinstall windows on this same computer. I have the install cd and product code. Do I have to deactivate the windows or can I just go and directly reinstall the windows?

You can reinstall on the same PC, you don't need to deactivate first.
