Can I see what's inside the GUID files in System Volume Information?

In my System volume information I have these two files. I want to see what exactly is inside "{GUID_2}{GUID_1}".

{GUID_1} 65,536
{GUID_2}{GUID_1} 5,494,538,240

Is there some viewer or parser I can use to dump out what's in that file?

The large "{GUID_2}{GUID_1}" file contains your system restore points.
