Can i stash my hardware in a shoe box?

I have some hardware and i need a place to stash it at i was thinking about using a shoe box but i don't have static bags is it safe if i just pile them in a shoe box i have network cards,ram,motherboards video cards etc can i just pile them all in shoe box safely?

Just use anti static bags to put the items in the shoe box and you should be ok.

Big cards and boards - put them in the box and separate them with a sheet of printer paper or thin cardboard.

Memory modules and small cards - wrap them up in tissue paper and put them in a zip lock bag. Place these on top of the heavier cards and boards.

People make WAY too big of an issue out of these things.
Work on a wooden table. Touch something metal before handling the components. Don't wear fuzzy socks and shuffle across the carpeting while doing this.
