That's the Question

Can I install HD 5450 , Here some Requirements :

Radeon HD 5450 1 GB DDR3

• 650MHz GPU Clock Speed
• PCI-E 2.1 Bus Std.

• Shader Version 5.0
• 1 GB DDR3 Memory

My PC : PCI-E 2.0 , so will it works ??

teorically YES, it will work.

HD 6450 should be compatible too, and it will be a little faster than the HD 5450.

PCI-E 2.1 only added functionality. speed of PCI-E 2.0 and 2.1 is the same and is backward compatible.

Note that If your board has multiple slots for PCI x16, then look to make sure the slot is not wired lower like x8.
