Can no longer listen to Radio 2 live on my laptop

Hi

Up until 4 days ago I have bee listening to Radio2 live on my laptop with no problems.
Now when I go into the website it takes me to the listen live page as usual but the volume control wont move and the pause button is on and wont move either.
I have made no changes to my computer settings and have uninstalled Adobe flash and reinstalled it but no luck.
I am baffled why this has happened. It worked fine one day and not the next.
Can anyone help please.

Do you have another browser that you can try? Chrome? Firefox? Internet Explorer?

I use internet explorer but do not have chrome or firefox downloaded. I have tried them before and they seem to mess up my computer.
I am a very basic computer user and tend not to download too many things in case things go wrong.

Then if you've not tried to reset Internet Explorer's settings under Internet Options, I can't think of anything else to troubleshoot with.
