can not install win7 cryptosetup.dll is not designed to run on windo

Hello,

I just installed a new SSD to my dell xps l502x and trying to install windows 7 on it.
Setup starts and asks me to choose the language, when i click next after that, it gives me error "x:\sources\cryptosetup.dll" is not designed to run on windows. And i am unable to install windows.
Does any one know whats going wrong here ?

SSD is smasung 850 EVO.
