Can not save as PDF

I have Acrobat reader DC installed. i am using Firefox. I have a pdf document in the browswer and when I click on print at the top I get a print dialouge box with the options
Printer
Fax
XPS document writer
One note 2016.

There is no PDF option. What can I do? I uninstalled the reader DC and re-installed it.

Just tried chrome and it works. Any ideas. TA.

Sorry again. Firefox launched DC and it is DC that is not allowing me to do this. Strange. The save option is greyed out.

Sorry, I can't tell you. I don't, and won't use Acrobat Reader. For a long time I've only used "Foxit Reader" to handle my PDF files. It just works great, and if memory serves.....it was FREE. Give it a try. It won't cost you anything but a few minutes of your time. I've shared it with many of my customers, and they love it too.

I use Cutepdf editor to make pdf's and pdf exchange editor to read them.

Normally when you have a PDF file opened on Firefox you click on the Download icon to directly save it to your computer (top right corner).
