Am getting Blue screens, the sure thing that a blue screen should come after i turn on my computer, for example if i shut down my computer for 5 hours when then i turn it on i face a Blue screen probably after 45Minutes-1-2-3 Hours every time i get a different error. First my computer was a 64MB Internal SiS Mirage graphics card and i rarely faced bluee screens, one blue screen may come every 2 weeks. But now i changed my card to nVIDIA N8400GS and i got nviddmkm.sys Error Blue screen every time i turn on the computer, i decided to change it and changed it to ATI RADEON HD 4350 512MB After that first i got a blue screen showing USBPORT.sys they told me it's a USB driver issue so i removed my USB Keyboard and put a PS-2 Keyboard, i downloaded the latest ATI HD 4350 Display drivers and installed it, and while am running an online game it's called "Conquer Online" and running Windows Media Player 11 not doing anything else then after about 40 minutes i got a blue screen:

Well, here it is i got it from C:\Windows\minidump folder

Hope you help me! Am really sad because when i changed the nVIDIA card i said the ATI one will not cause any Blue Screens!

Well, hardware itself won't cause bluescreens unless it's bad. Drivers, however, are the most obvious (and most frequent) causes of bugchecks though.

From looking at the dumps, though, you're still running into issues with the DirectX kernel calling a Render command in GDI, and watchdog.sys is crashing the box because the driver is not responding in a timely fashion.

Well, I'd start with the usual hardware tests - RAM, CPU, video stress, etc. I'd start with looking through here, but the fact you've been getting video-related errors with multiple cards would indicate the problem is either with the motherboard, or with other hardware elsewhere. It seems too suspicious that three separate video cards all had issues in the same machine.

Update directx as well as your graphic card driver please:

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.
In looking through your drivers, I can see that you have some really out of date drivers:

That is your Realtek AC'97 Audio Driver (WDM) , please update it right away, its date from 2005 is potentially high risk of causing BSODs.

Hello,
I have already installed the latest ATI HD 4350 Graphics driver but when i installed i installed the Display driver only not the Catalyst Suite that contains the CCC Catalyst Control centre, should i install it too? And isn't the latest ATI HD 4300 Series driver is 10.7?
And about the direct X i have the direct X , I always install it after i installs the windows, it's offline Direct X install and the size of it is 210MB, and about the sound drivers, is it mentioned in the minidumb of the blue screen , the Realtek sound driver is one of the issues causing the Blue screen?

And about the SiS Raid, I can't see an update to it in their site, i see a file it's size is 13 MB and it's written Release Date is: 2007 , and mine is mentioned 2008.

The antivirus pogram am using is: avira! Pro Antivirus.

Can you help me more please?

Usual causes: Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM), Faulty system service, Antivirus, Device driver, NTFS corruption, BIOS

Stop code 50 can be caused by antivirus. THird party antivirus software are notorious cause for BSODs. Please remove it for testing purpose.

You can try Microsoft security essential, it is known for BSODs free:

The sounds driver is not mentioned in the dump but driver that is more than 2 years old is not stable to run at all with window 7. Once it cause BSODs, It can blame anything on your system.

Sorry , i meant avast! Pro Antivirus , Are these things which are third party antivirus cause BSODs with the ATI RADEON or nVIDIA graphics card only? because it didn't make BSOD with the 64MB onboard graphics card i think?

When i clicked thins link it sent me to a site and says:

OK do you think i can try to remove the new RAM i baught and try what will happen?

And please again isn't 10.7 Version the latest ATI HD 4350 Driver? So why it is listed in the Blue Screen.

First of all, please update the audio driver first, it is very important.
I'm sorry if Microsoft Security Essential doesn't support in your country. Avast is a good antivirus program, we will get back to it later, let's get to different thing...
dxgkrnl.sys was blamed in the dump, it is Microsoft DirectX Graphics Kernel. That's why I asked you to update both graphic card and directx. Even if the version of your graphic card is the newest one, uninstall it and install it again.
To make sure that it is not the faulty card, you can try to run this free video stress test:
Try this free video stress test: FurMark: Graphics Card Stability and Stress Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net

FurMark Setup:
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
- Click "Quit" to exit

Optional:
Stop code 50 is potentially caused by Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM), if you really want to discover every possibility, you can try to run memtestx86 to test your Ram
Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.
