Cannot access https sitites

My Windows Seven SP 1 cannot access https sites. Is there anything I can do to remedy this?

What happens any error message and what browser are you using have you tried the latest Firfox if your using an old browser that can do it

Chrome version

Chrome version seems to be 104.0.5112.81 and can't access https sites only http
