I have just developed this issue, I do not seem to have any issues connecting to other servers. I use Firefox, and have accessed these sites within the past few weeks. Here is my error message:

Secure Connection Failed

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Here is what I have done to attempt to remedy this issue:

-clear cache
-restore firefox to fresh install state
-allow firefox access through windows firewall
-used chrome to access the sites
-used my ipad

Nothing is working. I ran a trace route in the command prompt and have it, if it will help I can post the screenshot. I am trying to not restore the computer, as I will have to purchase a disc. Please help!

Not having a URL for accessing the server in question, I typed brassring and got this:
IBM Kenexa BrassRing on Cloud

Using System Restore to a date when it last worked doesn't require a disc. Using the Factory Restore may use a partition on the HDD, my Toshiba L655 does. A disc would be required if the HDD totally crashed.

Unfortunately, I have no restore points on my computer. They somehow all got deleted, so I have no ability to go back. That is why I stated I will need to purchase a disc. Thank you for your reply though.

Let me expand my issue a little here. I am currently looking for a job, and am unemployed. I am unable to connect to any of the job application servers no matter the host. I tried contacting IBM, but they will only help if you are applying for a job with them. So I have been working with my internet company, but that hasn't worked out at all yet, and unfortunately I don't think it will. Anyone who has an idea, please let me know, as it is nearly impossible to find a good job without being able to apply online.

The fact that you are able to post here indicates you do have Internet service so the problem lies elsewhere, maybe in your Security settings. But have you tried using a more-public computer such as at your local library or maybe an Internet cafe?
