Cannot Connect to or Manage Wireless Network

So first off I have a Mac Mini desktop that runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I decided to reset my Windows and start it from scratch. Windows is working, but there is one small problem, I can't get wifi. There is no internet bar icon and when I try to go to "Manage Wireless Networks" there is no such thing there. Someone please help this is really annoying and I want to fix it as quick as possible.

can you get ethernet at all, because in that case you might not have a wireless adapter
