Hi Shirley,

Did you do an inplace upgrade to windows 7 on the pc or did you use a CD and do a clean install?

If it was a clean install then you may be missing the motherboard drivers for the ethernet/internet

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
So how do I fix it now then?

Hi folks,
I tried disable Kaspersky and the internet works, but when I enable it again, it stops working
Any idea on what happens here? how can I enable an antivirus software and the internet works at the same time?
:'( already spent a whole day on trying different solutions
