Cannot download from Download.com through any browser

i have tried:
Chrome (and the IE Tab extension)
Chrome incognito
and Firefox

Clicking the download button gets me a not available page for any download and it has been this way for a long time. i have also tried clearing cookies and cache. i can't seem to figure it out.

You can use these free tools to see if they find anything,
Manually Update them before running full scans,
Try not to use your computer while the scans are running, (one at a time of course).
Uncheck the box to Activate the Free trial from the final install options,
Also use the Custom scan option not the Threat scan,
Select the drive to scan usually C,
If your really infected check the box to scan for Rootkits = this scan option will take several hours to complete,
Never use your machine while scans are running for best results,
Please Do Not clean/ Delete or Remove Any detections before posting the scan results first before review especially Malwarebytes,

SAS is safe to remove anything it finds

Okay. I already use Superspyware and Malwarebytes, but am rescanning now. I was confused by your instructions for AdwCleaner. There was no install process, free trial option, or custom scan options... i followed Jacee's instructions and found nothing. i will report back with the MSS, Malwarebytes, and SAS results, im not sure there will be any though.

Try booting to Safe Mode with Networking, see if a download works correctly there.

It's sounding like you have something blocking it. A HOSTs file entry, your security programs, your ISP, Firewall...
